San Francisco, U.S.A. Banque Lebano Francaise (BLF), a leading bank in Beirut, Lebanon will upgrade its telebanking IVR system in October 2004. The IVRS to be commissioned by Diavox is a load sharing 30-port digital telephone service voice response system. The system when installed will provide its customers with state-of-the-art automated billing inquiry services and easy-access point of information through the telephone. The system is designed to operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
