1. How do I purchase a Diavox product?

2. How do I request for a quote from Diavox?

You can email any of our distributors worldwide to request for a quote. You can also reach us directly thru:

In order to provide you with a proper quote, you need the following information:

  • Specify the product you wish to purchase
  • Specify the system capacity: number of ports/ channels/ extensions
  • Specify the PBX type and version
  • Specify the interface (Analog, Digital, IP)
  • Specify the number of languages needed for the system
  • If possible provide a sample call flow
  • Specify any special modules or applications required

Important: For IVR solutions, please indicate if the solution requires database integration

3. What is included in my purchase?

Depending on the product you purchased, there are several ways to receive your order.

A. TURNKEY SDK purchases include the full installation package, software licenses & drivers, your system license, installation manual and voice prompts. Depending on the interface you have selected, you may or may not receive voice processing boards (analog/ digital) to run your software

B. TURNKEY BUILT-IN purchases include an industry standard server (4U or 2U) preloaded with all the necessary software, drivers and licenses. The server may or may not include voice processing boards depending on the interface selected.

Upon receipt of your order, you must activate your license within 30 days upon installation to register your product and proceed with using the license.

C. CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS include full installation package, software licenses & drivers, proprietary system licenses and onsite installation for seamless integration.

4. How long is my license valid?

Your license is valid for as long as the version you purchased is supported. However when Diavox announces a major version release, we encourage you to upgrade for a minimal fee to keep your software current.

5. How do I upgrade my software?

Depending on the product you purchased, there are several ways to upgrade your software.

For minor releases and patches, upgrades are free of charge provided you are under a current software support program. These releases are minor fixes and feature enhancements for customers already running the latest version.

For major version upgrades, you need to contact your distributor and purchase an upgrade for a minimal fee.

6. How do I get support from Diavox?

Diavox offers a Software Maintenance Agreement program (SMA) which is renewable on a yearly basis. The basic SMA package begins with 8/5 agreement plan which consists of remote assistance for system configuration and troubleshooting. The SMA also covers minor updates, software releases and minor call flow revisions.

DiaVox’s obligation to provide software maintenance described above is conditioned upon the software not having been altered or repaired by anyone other than

DiaVox or a DiaVox authorized Service representative without prior written consent.

Diavox also offers on-site assistance depending on the initial assessment of the reported issue. Incurred expenses such as airfare and accommodations are billed to the end-user. Fees are computed based on time and material.
