Description
This is an advanced learning program for students who will support and maintain the HSM Gateway. The training course tackles system maintenance operation with different classes of services involved. Moreover, it includes general troubleshooting guidelines that present a category of several mistakes, malfunctions and techniques for troubleshooting.
Course Objectives
- To enhance skills in managing and supporting
the system during actual installation and commissioning
on site.
- To learn the general troubleshooting guidelines.
- To develop good troubleshooting practices.
- To have a practical experience of
simulating the problems and troubleshooting it in a hands-on
training environment.
Target Audience
The target audiences are the system trainers, systems administrators, engineers, technicians and overall technical staff involved in commissioning and troubleshooting of HSM Gateway.
Prerequisites
- Attended the Level 1- HSM, Installation and Management Training Course.
- Knows how to configure and program Diavox FOS or other third party PMS software.
- Knows the basic settings and hardware configuration of IBM compatible PC with Voice Line Cards.
- Experienced in D.N.A. Application Suite - Directory Manager and Extension Manager. Knowledgeable in SQL Server.
- Has a basic knowledge in LAN configuration
