Course Description
This is a learning program for students who will use the system and are
directly involved in the administration of the system. The training
course tackles installation, configuration and commissioning of HSM
Solution.

Objectives
- To familiarize systems
administrators and technical staff on the overall system functionality
and feature sets of the HSM Solution.
- To train systems
administrators, engineers and technicians on how to install, configure
and commission the HSM Solution.
Target Audience
The target audiences are the
systems administrators, engineers, technicians and overall technical
staff involved in the installation, configuration, commissioning and
maintenance of the HSM Solution.
Prerequisites
- Basic knowledge on computers
under Microsoft Windows NT/2000 environment.
- Experience in setup and
programming of PABX.
- Basic knowledge in SQL Server
and Ericsson D.N.A. Application Suite
