The DiaVox Audio Conferencing is an affordable, expandable industry standard voice-processing system that provides interactive voice and host response with the conferees stored in the database.

This system is mainly used for central office to provide conference system for public. Before a conferee can use, he has to register the time and the number of people involved in a group. The operator shall then add this information including the names of the participants to the database. The system will generate a PIN number for the conferee. This is used as their passport before joining the conference for security reason and to avoid non-members entering the conference.

Modular System Design

• The Voice Response Processing Module Conference responsible for interactive communication with callers and conferee.
• The Application back office database Processor is a menu-based application. This module used to create and/or change the conferee database.

Flexible Expansion

• Is expandable from 1E1 digital up to 4E1 digital in single system.
• Is expandable conference group from 3 up to 9 groups in single system.
• Is a part of a family of products that provide additional functionality when required.

Multi-Lingual Support

The system is capable to support multi-lingual application including Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German and Bahasa Indonesia languages.

It supports up to 5 simultaneous languages during run-time.
